Colin McDorman has been CEO since 2012, but has been with Eduphoria since inception. He brings 23+ years of experience in technology, 16 of those in Education Technology specifically. Colin’s time at Eduphoria has seen him leading various functions starting in customer support, moving to training, business development, and finally CEO. A History Major at The Ohio State University, Colin comes from a family of educators across all grade levels and disciplines. Now married to a teacher with two young children, he spends his free time enjoying nature, playing with the family dog, or playing video games with his kids.

He has the industry knowledge, agility and capacity to keep pace with the growth and increasing complexity of the education landscape that enables the development of new technology solutions to support the educators and leaders on the front line of education. Frank has a long track record of successfully navigating new business opportunities while improving the rate of return from sales, marketing and R&D investments. Frank is skilled in the identification and understanding of market problems as well as the complex business strategies of mergers and acquisitions. Frank is an Industry Advisor to Warburg Pincus for the Education Market. Prior to 2019, Frank was SVP Business Development for Frontline Education, SVP Global Marketing and Strategy for SCT (Now Ellucian), SVP Sales and Marketing for DecisionOne, President of MAXIMUS Justice Solutions, and SVP of Sales for Schoolwires (now part of BlackBoard).

Andrew Duclos started with Project Education as a key technical resource bringing the first products to market. He has over 20 years of experience as a solutions developer and architect. He is passionate about using technology to make a difference in education Andrew holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts in Economics. In his spare time Andrew enjoys baseball, mountain biking and spending time with his family.

  • Jeff Deuel
Jeff Deuel graduated from Texas A&M University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He worked as a Software Developer for USAA, focusing most of his career in the Java infrastructure space. He is a full stack Java developer with over 10 years of industry experience. He has experience developing in C#, C++, and various other scripting languages. He spent most of his time, while working at USAA, in the financial industry helping to optimize systems to allow for maximum throughput and availability. He serves as team leads and enjoys the coaching/mentoring side of the job. Some of his favorite experiences have come from time spent leading teams of college interns.

Jeff is currently working for Noom, a startup company in the health and wellness space, working to design and build out their billing system so that it can scale up as they grow globally.

  • Alicia Bergeron
Alicia Bergeron serves as the Directory of Implementation Services for Project Education. Alicia received a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Tarleton State University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. Alicia is a certified Human Resource professional and Registered Texas School Business Administrator. Prior to joining Project Education, Alicia served in central administration for Cleveland ISD as Coordinator of Information Services and LPAC Compliance Specialist. While there she provided campus and district support by streamlining procedures, implementing audit processes, and onboarding multiple computer software systems to support those efforts including the Project Education suite of programs. Alicia’s time as a teacher focused on supporting EL students with language and academic interventions. Prior to becoming an educator, Alicia served the public sector in roles such as corporate training, management, and human resources. Her background in education and process improvement strengthens her commitment to building partnerships with districts to maximize their students’ success.
