Project ELL supports Collin County LULAC Council #4537 throughout the year with various sponsorship activities. To help support the Christmas Cena en el Barrio program, Project ELL donated poultry for each of the 10 families in the Plano area and purchased/wrapped toys for the children along with coats and hats to keep them warm.
Target #67 in Plano was gracious enough to donate $500 Gift Card to use to purchase gifts and coats for kids of each family that is sponsored by the program. (Thank you for your help, Jasmine! You rock!)
The Project ELL team volunteered to help put the food and gift baskets together and deliver to families.
Cena en el Barrio is a charitable program that provides meals and gifts for Plano residents in need.
